Had a horrendous experience with them in 2016, when they replaced my roof. (Removed the shingles before new shingles were available, rained and rained and rained on my shingle less roof, water in the house, ceilings and walls damaged…) They did such a poor job (wrong setting on nail gun, nails right through the shingles to the roof…) that shingles are and have been, falling off my roof. Don’t make the mistake I did!
They put nail through garage wiring, told me they would pay to have it fixed, roof started leaking from day one, called several times, no call back. This company is a joke
Completed a roof, never closed the permit, won’t answer the phone! Scammy….
They did put a new roof on and it's doing ok. Seem once they get their money can't seem to get them to contact you after that. Not good business!
I feel so bad about after service. Not one call you back. I had called office, and been transferred to someone, left massages, and not body called back. I called office again, and I just said my name and not finish my words yet, the phone been transferred again. That is so rude! Whatever, how long for the warranty, if they don’t care you, it still not worth nothing.
