I was actually away from home traveling when I broke down and agreed to have my truck towed a fixed at this shop. They made me a priority and had the truck fixed in about 4 hours. They even sent me a driver to pick me up! Excellent customer service
It is great to find a place that still values honesty and fair practices in business. I do not need to worry about being lied to or deceived at this facility, and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you to the staff for their customer service and integrity!

This is the second time I had a bad experience with AAA. I went in there today having an appointment to talk to a travel agency not mentioning her name. It was a disaster. She was a knowledgeable insisting a trip would cost $10,000 to go to Italy she tried to tell me there was no direct flights. I do not recommend AAA and Rockland. I had such a bad experience and this isn’t the first time.
