Helpful and knowledgeable employees from the tow truck driver to the mechanics. I appreciate their help so much. I am now a loyal customer. I will bring all my vehicles to them particularly my Roadster. I have a 1967 Shelby Cobra that had to have all the rods and rocker arms replaced. This is the short version. She runs like a top. Derick and Melvin are awesome. I do not know what I would do without them. My car has a team.
Ridgecrest picked up the car and diagnosed it correctly after two Ford dealerships couldn't fix it. They were easy to communicate with and explained what they were doing every step of the way.
Had a problem with my 2004 GMC overheating, with no obvious issues such as a loose radiator cap or leaking hose. Ridgecrest was able to diagnose the issue, corrected the problem, test drove my vehicle, and did so at a reasonable cost. In the 2+ weeks since the repairs were done, the problem has not reoccurred. I had my truck towed here for a brake issue and AC wasn’t working. They fixed the brake issue and found a small leak in the valve of my AC system. The AC was a cheap and easy fix that saved me quite a bit of money VS what could have been. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I strongly recommend this shop.
