Had a problem with my 2004 GMC overheating, with no obvious issues such as a loose radiator cap or leaking hose. Ridgecrest was able to diagnose the issue, corrected the problem, test drove my vehicle, and did so at a reasonable cost. In the 2+ weeks since the repairs were done, the problem has not reoccurred. New issue with the same truck. I kept receiving a "Service 4WD" message in the DIC. Aaron was a professional,took great care of us and our car. He made it out to a hard to find place where our car was stranded. The lady running dispatch was quick and clear in her communication and super helpful. So glad USAA is working with this company.

I've been using this garage for a year or so now, and my son has been using them for several years... I recently had to replace the transmission in my Chevy (lol) and they did a phenomenal job communicating throughout the process. Reliable, trustworthy all-hours towing service (I have used several times); high quality, trustworthy mechanic service. Recommend 100%.

My husband and I have used this AAA shop and their services for both of our vehicles and they always do great work! Just the other day, I called to see if I could make an appointment to remove a nail from my truck’s tire. They told us we could stop in that day so they could take a look. We pulled in, and within 15 minutes, the tire was patched and we were on our way. They’ve always been friendly, informative, efficient, and reasonably priced. Super grateful to have a place like this close by that we can trust! Thank you 🙏🏻
