Super great bunch of guys. Took my 2006 Chevy 1500 in for a fuel pump replacement and they came across an important fix that needed to happen immediately due to safety concerns. We would have never have known and would have continued driving the truck, had they not looked and informed me. After those repairs were finished, my fuel gauge actually quit working and was pegged to empty. I needed my car towed to a tire shop and this is the company that my insurance set out. Right when I went out to meet the driver he called me doll, which wasn’t my favorite, but I assumed it was a southern thing. That assumption went away once I gave him my car keys and he said “I assume you’re not coming home with me, right?” Such a completely inappropriate and disgusting thing to say to a young girl, alone, needing help with her car. We are AAA members and live 17 miles from the nearest town; we needed help when the brakes locked on the Toyota truck. We had a tow truck within 30 minutes, and a nice guy who knew how to get the job done quickly! Very polite and incredible customer service from Dale, who towed our truck to our chosen mechanic.
