I would give a zero if I could. Once again AAA has failed in its stated mission. My car was stuck in my yard in snow and mud. It took 7 hours for anyone to help me. I was told different times that someone would arrive at various times in the day. Finally, someone gave me an appointment for 6:00. Once again, there were several different arrival times given.
