I had a very positive experience with AAA after dealing with a persistent fuel smell and unusually poor gas mileage. AAA helped get my car to the shop, where they were able to identify the actual problem: rodent damage to the fuel feed line that was causing a fuel leak. We are regular customers here for our car care (inspections. Tires, general maintenance and repairs). My rear view mirror just fell off in my Kia sportage today. Since it is a 2020, there are wires attached and a plastic casing involved so it is not just a matter of gluing it back on. The technician that I worked with was able to piece it back together and click it in place without having to use any glue. Since it only took him a few moments, he did not charge me. Brought car in for a battery test and replacement. Was quoted $200-$350 over the phone. After dropping the car off was contacted with recommended repairs, which I declined, and the quote rose to $430. Ended up being $510 on pickup. I'll be generous can call it poor communication on their part.
Terrible, just awful. 4.5 hours to help change a flat, in the middle of the night, on a busy freeway. If the company is no longer providing 24 hour service, they should just say so, so everyone can stop wasting their time.
I've been going here since it was built. Today they were very unprofessional and rude. Place has gone down hill.
