Terrible, just awful. 4.5 hours to help change a flat, in the middle of the night, on a busy freeway. If the company is no longer providing 24 hour service, they should just say so, so everyone can stop wasting their time.
I've been going here since it was built. Today they were very unprofessional and rude. Place has gone down hill.
After one year of insurance, the monthly bill doubled without any explanation. Agent said he’d rewrite and rectify it, and nothing happened. I had to follow up before someone reached out. Doesn’t seem like they care much about their insurance customers. Agent told me to go find another insurer, which is definitely D- level service. He could care less about keeping my business.
At the top of this review it says "Not Sure" but I don't know why that's there. I returned to AAA a few months ago, hesitant to do so after having been dissatisfied previously due to being told I needed this, that and the other thing. I shared this with the staff member. It was a whole new staff when I returned in January 2026. I had a repair done (starter) after AAA towed my car to another place (Precision Tune) in 1/26.
