We paid for a rental of tables, chairs, & table clothes for a Christmas party. They were supposed to be delivered, set up, and take down and haul off when done & they never showed. No one answered phone calls for hours. Finally someone answered and said we needed to email because everyone had left for the day. We even called the day before to verify the delivery time and they assured us that they would be there.
They did not deliver on time and shorted our order of pipe and drapes! Terrible service!! They also did not pick up on time either!! (The business is 2 minutes from the venue!!!)
Don’t do any business with him I requested a dance floor due to weather being bad he refuse to refund me my $297. I never received anything from him. Mr Martinez avoids my calls and dont address you personal he has his staff answer the phone and he won’t answer my calls or emails horrible answer unprofessional business.
