Learn some customer service. I have informed my fleet not to use this rental company because our trucks do not meet their standards in tow capable trucks " tacoma prerunners". I was told that I need a full size truck to tow a piece of equipment and my truck does not meet that standard. They decided to tell me this after I have already hooked up and waited about a half hour for some keys to be found. Needless to say, me nor my employees will be using them any more.
