the DMV services there is horrible it is as bad as the Reno DMV wait forever to be seen agent really does not know what they are doing for a simple handicap placard it took over a half hour and agent doing other stuff at the same time very rude and wasting my time that could have been done in 10 minutes DO not use this office for DMV work they are worthless!!!
Went purchase a travel atlas. I figured just a few minutes. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting. Finally got my atlas but quite a wait.
We had exceptional service from Adarias of Reno AAA. He was polite, professional, and talented with his battery pack that had us up and going in minutes in my 2017 Honda CRV. We're proud to members of AAA. I hope they double Adarias's salary!
