This location is not able to serve the amount of traffic they receive. I just stopped in to grab a map and had to wait in a VERY long line just to get put on a waiting list. Then they started turning people away since there's no available seating to wait. The employees are nice though, so i gave one star for that

I am very disappointed today. If you understand this AAA location then you understand there is DMV and then there is AAA ins dept. The INS dept. AMAZING everything without a problem. Problem when the insurance department directs you to DMV and then you find out they cannot take anyone else come back in 30 min. Come back 5 min till the 30 min amd Bald dude says sorry we are not taking anyone till 12pm. First of all dude never asked me if I am a AAA member. First thing they always ask. So I now question. Their phone system sucks. Appointment needed for notary but you can't make an appointment online and the phone just passes you from one menu to another even though you dialed the local number.
