SCAM! Do not use! Do not call. Called and provided the error code, “hmm I’ll have to check it out”... He showed up and instantly before any inspection quoted $400-500 to do the repair. He just wanted to come and collect his $65 service fee, “which is waived if he does the repair,” knowing damn well not a soul will pay him more than replacement cost to fix the machine. If I could of left no stars I would have. I was lied to. On the phone he said the $65 charge to come out what was wrong and if I chose to have him repair it would go towards the repair. However, after he got here and it was only a door switch he than said the $65 was just to come out. He didn't have the part so he left for 30 minutes and returned. He was in my house a of total 20 minutes that included diagnosis of the problem and the repair, The total charged $150.00. What a rip off! Save your money and use a company that ap... read more
