I just got a very bad service and attitude from the receptionist. My daughter strained her leg (she is on crutches) so we got a temp. handicap application form from her doctor. The doctor even recommended us to go to AAA instead of DMV for s shorter line. I went to Redwood City AAA this afternoon while my daughter is resting at home.
