Beware- I bought a home from these people April this year. The husband is the builder and the wife is the 'realtor'. My house was a single family home along with 6 others newly built. It has an HOA but after 5 months these guys have not turned over the HOA to the homeowners which they were supposed to do BY LAW over 2 months ago. They have our HOA dues and are not giving us our legal rights to ownership. The husband, Sergey is surly and mean. The wife does not return ANY of my calls. My own realtor gets nowhere with them.
