Driver(s) incredibly rude to the community; this company drives their large trucks on Potrero in the morning, clogging up the single-lane road by driving 15-25mph in a 50mph zone and making no effort to let people pass. Taking the 101 instead would let them go as slow as they needed without a line of commuters trying to get to work building up behind them.
I would like to thank AAA Propane in Oxnard for coming to the rescue at Diane Warren’s, cherished rescue ranch in Malibu. They knew we had a portable generator for the barn that depended on Propane to keep the barn going for our many animals, in particular, our seniors who needed medicine refrigerated and heat for the cold nights. Taxing double the price on propane cylinders is absolutely crazy.
Both individuals in the office argued with me when I mentioned my brand new 20 Lb. propane tank had a "purged label" (meaning it was under a vacuum) and the person filling the tank bled the tank prior to filling. Propane Industry : "All new tanks regardless of size are vacuum purged at the factory. This means all the air is sucked out and the tank has a highly negative pressure.
