I needed a new mini split system in August 2022. So I call AAA precision because they give me a good price. Now the ac units give me trouble, but I could not contact Ted or anyone. I leave a message and text, but no one replies. So I called a different ac company to see if I could get it fixed, but they recommend me to get a new one, which could cost 10k. My units are still under warranty. I waste all 7k on AAA precision. Do not use this company. They never answered when the problem came up.
What a great experience! They quickly diagnosed our issue and promptly made the repair, all at a very fair price. These are honest, hard-working guys who aren't going to try to upsell you to something you don't need. Highly recommend!
I am extremely grateful for this business and their quick response coming out to help . Stephen (Ted) came out and immediately knew what was wrong with our AC system and got it fixed in a timely manner . We were having trouble getting someone to come out due to it being Father’s Day weekend . I Can tell they are family oriented and of good heart , would use their services again .
AAA Precision is definitely my Go To on Galveston Island. Professional, on time, returns phone calls and does what he says he will do. The work is top notch and attention is paid to details like cleaning up after the work is done! Prices are great too.
