Horrible drivers, speeding, nearly ran us off the road. Your company won't get our business!
They never have lifeguards. Pool is closed more than it is open because of it. No one cares. Seems they care about some properties more than others. They don’t even apologize just give you an oh well deal with it. What a joke. 3 years and you cannot improve your services you agree to supply. Do better.
I had them resurface my gunite pool. Jim's crew did an excellent job.
AAA Pool Services, Mr. Jim Durkee and his crew provided an amazing service repairing our pool's tile, coping and bond beam. Additionally, AAA did a few other "minor" repairs along the way as they seemed necessary (and the pool was already drained) while staying within the initial estimate. We are extremely happy with the outstanding work Jim and his crew did. Thank you! We will certainly make contact with you again (though not too soon we hope)! Thanks for everything!
I give AAA Pools one star because no stars were not an option. This company has provided several of the most inadequate lifeguards that I have witnessed. One nearly caused a HAZMAT situation. Additionally, my family pool has used this company for decades. I guess some people are just as happy to be ripped off if they can afford it and don't know what to ask for.
