Brakes on a 2016 Subaru were not installed properly. Fortunately, they made a noise that bothered my wife and we took it back. Only to find out that the front brakes and rotors had to be replaced after less than 1000 miles and a couple of months use! The manager was apologetic and had another mechanic do the job correctly but it is hard to trust them for reliable work. Faulty brake installation is a deal breaker. We live nearby and just moved to the area but will go back to the dealership in the future.

I visited this location last Friday after receiving a repair estimate from a dealership that quoted me over thousands of dollars in recommended services for my Sonata. Based on what the dealership told me specifically about needing a new tie rod and a wheel alignment I wanted a second opinion and possibly a better price. My wife went to this store for oil change plus free tire rotation. But they haven't done the tire rotation. forget about that they haven't even filled air in the tire. I know they didn't do the tire rotation as one of my tire is loosing air and it had low air. Now i doubt did they even change the oil? - Disappointing they think customer has now way to check so we can just say its done
