Very busy and had sell on membership programs.
I decide to try this repair shop to fix a warning displayed on my dash. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary part. The next day the part was installed at which time another issue was identified and fixed at no extra charge. Steve did a great job keeping me informed on the status of the repair.
Just wasting people money and time. I will never come back to this place.
I’ve been referred to this place by Costco for wheel balancing of my 2011 Toyota Highlander. I asked them to see do I really need wheel balancing? They inspected my car and saved my money by saying I don’t need it. However they said I do need to replace my front brakes which I knew it was due in few months. I’ve got it replaced yesterday. They installed premium parts at reasonable cost. Now, they’re my go to auto shop forever. Very honest and helpful people, from front desk to mechanics, everyone. Highly recommend.
