They do not do any more complicated renewals or VIN verification. My car is out of state from a dealer. They said they don’t help with those. They also couldn’t help with assisting me after. The staff does not seem to know much about smog and setting up cars as non op. I would say what’s the point? Also a mobile vin verification guy(Really any of them) can do it. I think the worst part is the service, lack of care and of course lack of expertise. The other good reviews I think are the locals that don’t know how to do online ... read more
They have always treated me right. Quick in and quick out.
Theresa & Estefania not only welcomed us with a smile, but also completed the rather complicated process of obtaining a handicap placard quickly. In addition, they both interacted so kindly with my mom who has Alzheimer’s and was getting confused and reactive.

I went to get my car registration renewed and to talk with someone about car insurance. The agent there was excellent and the front desk woman Daisy was very good at helping me get what I needed. I had a great experience.
