Completely no wait pretry much in and out perfect enployee professionalism inviting atmosphere.
They do not do any more complicated renewals or VIN verification. My car is out of state from a dealer. They said they don’t help with those. They also couldn’t help with assisting me after. The staff does not seem to know much about smog and setting up cars as non op. I would say what’s the point? Also a mobile vin verification guy(Really any of them) can do it. They have always treated me right. Quick in and quick out.
Theresa & Estefania not only welcomed us with a smile, but also completed the rather complicated process of obtaining a handicap placard quickly. In addition, they both interacted so kindly with my mom who has Alzheimer’s and was getting confused and reactive.
