I called to set appointment your staff make you think that you are bothering them, in a rude and disrespectful way. This has happen to me several times. I understand everyone has a bad day. But this has happen just one time too many. Plus , I’m a AAA member. You guys do great work, I have canceled appointments and times not even show up. I am incredibly grateful to Phillip and Robert. I've been a AAA member for many years, but I had taken my car to a more 'convenient' location for my annual inspection and oil change. Afterwards, my car started making a loud noise. I was driving by the AAA on Pisgah Church Rd, so I pulled in to find out if they could help. Phillip, Asst Facility Manager came out and diagnosed the issue in about 10 seconds, and then Robert, Mechanic Extraordinaire and Phillip got to work.
