I had AAA battery that was still under warranty but it went completely dead while in a vehicle. I removed the battery and took it to AAA and they said they needed to try to see if it would hold a charge first before they could warranty the battery. They told me they would call me next day and let me know and after 5 days of waiting I went by there. This past winter, a large branch was blown underneath my vehicle, causing a terrible and scary noise. I took my vehicle into my local AAA car care center so they could check out the problem. This was my 1st time visiting this center, because they said they could check it out that day, where my usual dealer had told me to make an appointment but couldn't do that for a couple of days and said they'd have to do lots if diagnostic tests, which they said could be expensive. Not great. The mechanic didn't replace the engine cover or reconnect all of the hoses when I had my truck serviced. The assistant manager was dismissive and not at all co-operative. It's not worth the discount.
