Edit review: the company did reach back and were able to get us a new visit on them. The scheduling went great and they finished the job as promised. Old Review: The original visit was great and the guy did a great job, I’m only giving a 2 star because they keep rescheduling on me due to rain in McAllen but we’re located in Rio Grande City. I would have liked for the appointments to stay as scheduled since we paid a lot of money for a service that hasn’t been completed. I had the gold plan which includes spraying inside and outside. The technician only sprayed outside. Hugo did return my call and the problem was resolved.
I had a great experience with AAA Pest Control. Danny Z was the one who came and fumigated. He was very knowledgeable of bugs and I learned so much. My huge problem is now a small headache thanks to AAA Pest Control and Danny Z. Looking forward to them coming out again for the follow up treatment. Great Job!
