First of all, I have been a AAA member for 9 years. I support AAA and get great discounts at hotels and Hertz rental. I have even had AAA jump start my car in the snow. This review is for the Pensacola branch. The branch has this older lady with blonde hair at the front desk. Get rid of her or even better retire her. She is rude and has no people skills.
