Brought my vehicle in for repair. Service was good until I noticed that they made my drivers side carpet floor mat dirtier than when I had brought my vehicle in for repair! So upset. This is completely unacceptable. The dirty shoe marks left behind on my floor mat look like they had mud on their shoes. Clearly they didn't put down a disposable paper floor mat to protect my carpet floor mat like they are soppose too. No auto repair shop has never done this before.

Expensive place, with a horrible owner who has a worst attitude. They will rip you off as much as they can.

Taken I own a 1997 Camaro SS (VIN 2G1FP32P2V2118888) with a 5.7 L / 350 cu in V8 LT engine that I had serviced from time to time at Blackwell Automotive. My car wouldn’t start when I was trying to leave from a friend’s house and I called AAA who send a tow truck taking it to the AAA Paradise Valley Auto Repair Center.
