just requested a jump. First, they dont want to talk on the phone to setup a roadside appointment. So i filled out the Request and the request wouldnt let me put in the right address. then it took two hrs for someone to show up.
The road side assistance is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST i waited over 3 hours I will not Renew with them ever again.
