The road side assistance is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST i waited over 3 hours I will not Renew with them ever again.
As a war veteran that has been a patron since 2006 this is the worse service I have paid for. On Aug 15 they didn't even dispatch a tow truck 1 hr 45 min. I called one and had a tow truck in 15 min. Obvious there has to be a roadside provider out there that better performs than these clowns. I called this morning to have it towed to mechanics and 1 hour later zero tow truck. I guess I can spend my money on better services than this. When it comes time to renewal I will not
