I was in an accident and needed major repairs — my front fender and bumper had to be replaced, the bumper was cracked all the way across, and a few lights weren’t even working. I took my car to AAA Paint and Body, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, and the quality of the work was flawless. Thought this place was going to be professional and a decent place to get paint work done, I was mistaken severely. Got my door back from paint and the paint had a bunch of imperfections and scratches. Interior door panel was loose with screws barely fastened and window now will not roll up! If you want good paint work do not come here would give a negative rating if possible. Beware!. I had a small scrape and puncture along the side of my front bumper. I called Carlos for an estimate. He was very polite and professional on the phone but said that he was taking a customer home and would be back to his shop shortly. That impressed me because I would need a ride home and back. He also impressed me with his commitment to excellent work. He said it might take 3 days. I told him that it was my only vehicle and he agreed to move ahead with it and get it finished the next day. The alternator in my Chevy Traverse went out and Carlos and another employee fixed it and had it back to me within the week. Due to the positioning of the alternator, all my refrigerant drained out so Carlos replaced it and recharged my A/C without issues. We’ll definitely be going back for any work
This is the most bad body shop in ABQ, the owner is a Racist person and treat me so bad.
