Aaa packing and shipping is a disaster now. The owner and all her associates are completely incompetent. The company was sold about two years ago to an Australian woman named Simone. I can honestly say she doesn't know what she's doing and she's the owner. As an interior designer, I have used AAA Packing And Shipping for over 15 years for local and long-distance shipping and they were always terrific.
