This is the cheapest option I was able to find by far, and you know what they say, you get what you pay for. This guy prefers to do everything on verbal agreements; I made a contract for us to sign in my case. I have not had any issues so far. Like the other review said the spot is not very secure, so I would feel uncomfortable if you were leaving anything her more valuable than a trailer.
I do NOT recommend this storage place. This facility is a fenced in back yard on grass. There were ants in our RV when we picked it up. No cameras and security is low. The large gate is locked but there is a pedestrian door that is unlocked all the time and anyone would have access. We were in need of last minute storage of a 5th wheel due to an oncoming hurricane.
