John Lesniak retired and I was never informed. He never finished up with my home insurance and never returned phone calls or emails while I was with him. Clown show
Would leave zero stars if I could. I have had insurance thru AAA ( John Lesniak, agent) for over 15 years. I used to recommend it to everyone. Can't do it anymore, requests for clarification of policies were not responded to; invoices of my son's policies were sent to me; cancellation of my son's auto insurance was done because he never received a bill; lastly my boat insurance policy was changed without contacting me. I have been with AAA since 2007. Never had a bad experience until recently. John, one of their agents, was really good but now he won’t even answer email or calls. The facility manager never called me back. I just needed a quote to add solar panels to our insurance. But nobody wants to be neglected.
