AAA has left me stranded for over two hours after promising me someone would be here over an hour ago. I keep getting the runaround and the person they assigned to pick me up is not answering their phone calls or text messages. AAA is the worst company I’ve ever done business with will not be renewing my membership and will absolutely go to everything I can Better Business Bureau and anyone else to let them know what an awful company this is the communication is horrible. The promises or lies you are all pathetic.

This is becoming a habit of AAA. Yesterday, January 22nd, 2025, at 4: 31 a.m., my car stopped with me on the express way of Discovery drive, almost near old Jennings. I called AAA right away and told them l was stranded. l was in the middle of the road. l had traffic on my left and right, although the lane l was on was not usable. But still, it was unsafe. This is the second time we needed a tow over the past couple years and it took over 4 hours! We asked the driver when they were called and it was 3 hours after our initial call. This is just unacceptable!!! The tow drivers have all been great but AAA is not doing a good job. Why can’t we just get a list and call the tow company directly???
