Picked up travel guide /pamphlets. Very helpful staff & received quick service. Even was offered coffee /drinks while waiting. Best AAA office experience over the years!
I was in and out, it was a very quick process!!
AAA has left me stranded for over two hours after promising me someone would be here over an hour ago. I keep getting the runaround and the person they assigned to pick me up is not answering their phone calls or text messages. AAA is the worst company I’ve ever done business with will not be renewing my membership and will absolutely go to everything I can Better Business Bureau and anyone else to let them know what an awful company this is the communication is horrible. The promises or lies you are all pathetic.
