Tried calling this guy and he had his TV blaring loudly in the background to the point that we could not converse. When asked to turn down the volume or at least step away to speak, he rudely said, ' you can call somebody else!" and slammed the phone. If this is the way with inquiring customers, best not to entrust your work to someone as unprofessional as him.
