Horrible upselling and Inexcusable Incompetent mechanics ( or corrupt managers) After a lifetime brake replacement and new rotors and tires, Mike had the nerve to tell me after 6 weeks after lockdown the brake job and rotors were fine and I needed four new brake calipers after (they claim) my passenger rear rotor was seized. After laughing at his thinking I was ingnorant, took it to the dealer to find that Aaa never even checked that their work was the problem.
