***Update*** see below The salesman, Mark Satterfield, needs fired. He's rude and doesn't treat females right, like we're stupid. I'm not happy at all with his demeanor. I will be talking to the GM as soon as I get a chance. **Update** I talked with the GM and he was super nice and very apologetic. He was going to talk to Mark the next day because he was off. I will continue to go here because I've received good service in the past, hopefully Mark will be gone.
Fabulous place, excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. They give you an estimate before and keep you informed during service process.
Had my alignment done at their other location on Grange Hall because they said they were unable to get me in and after they did the alignment, they didn’t tighten all the bolts! I called Mark on Dayton Xenia. He said he would get back to me and of course we’re on day three with no car and no want to fix it because he said today’s their day off on Tuesday. Unbelievable. The worst part is is I Refer people to this place and they screwed up our referrals car please don’t ever take your car to this place! Please!
