Went there to notarize a document for my child, Brenda was very courteous, helped me with that in no time and even gave a little treat to my child. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and she helped me setup the ProtectMyID.

5 year member (going on 6) customer service has been horrible, my first time speaking with agent(4years ago) in regards to billing issues(aaa neglect), she starts the convo off with a condescending "I'm fresh off vacation"... Customer service has been declining ever since, unfortunately, & sounds like us policyholders are just funding "vacations" in return we get a traumatic experience
