I’m a AAA member so I thought it would be cheaper to go here. It definitely isn’t. I took my jeep here because it was overheating, they charged almost a $200 diagnostic fee and just said that my oil needed to be changed and I needed new coolant. I have since taken it to a real mechanic who discovered a cracked radiator cap. AAA, which I pay to be a member of, charged me almost $200 to take a half assed look at my car and diagnose it incorrectly. The real mechanic didn’t charge at all. Paid $1600 somehow for brake job and caliper and we get to the car with still barely any brakes. I had to get my car towed there because brakes ended up so bad. Call up shop and luckily make it home with worse brakes then when I left since I live nearby I called and told them and they tell me since I didn’t pay nearly $200 for a diagnostic test they couldn’t look for other problems.The funny part is though they tell me it’s another nearly $200 to bring it in to check it out after paying 2 months rent for brakes that should w... read more

Paid 70 for a tow only to end up with our vehicle being left in the street, instead of our driveway.
