Going on 3 hours now( almost 10pm) that I have been waiting for a tow truck! My car is broken down outside my work. Cannot leave the vehicle alone as its in a taxi stand and will get towed by the city of Boston if I leave it. Cannot wait in my car as it won't start and its over 90 degrees out, so im outside waiting.. AAA said two hour wait, its been almost 3 hours. I have been a member of AAA for 5 years with Plus membership. I moved to Florida called AAA to give my new mailing address. I needed AAA tow a few weeks back and KAMS towing towed my vehicle and left window down and car unlocked in Florida -it rained hard that night and AAA northern new England would not help me with a claim-i got the run around after dozens of calls to them-not worth the false security! Managers are FAKE LIARS! Don't purchase AAA
