I have thought of AAA as a great company until now. I had got my son car insurance through them and they set us a company that had multiple complaints with a 1 star rating. The car insurance company stole my money that I paid in full canceled my sons car insurance without our knowledge. AAA asked me for proof of payment which I sent. Haven’t had this great of a customer service experience in YEARS. The woman who helped me (short blonde hair with glasses) went above and beyond to answer my RMV questions and make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transactions. Truly made the experience less stressful and cannot thank her enough.
