Haven’t had this great of a customer service experience in YEARS. The woman who helped me (short blonde hair with glasses) went above and beyond to answer my RMV questions and make sure I had everything I needed to complete my transactions. Truly made the experience less stressful and cannot thank her enough.
When I went in a few weeks ago to get a photo for the renewal of my passport it was quick, however, when I tried to do the renewal on line the photos were rejected because it stated that my face was too close to the camera. I’ve now been waiting on the phone to speak to someone about this situation, 1 hour and a half waiting, I even left a message 21/2 hours ago, no one has contacted me, I need to ask them questions about these photos, still on the line !!!
Outstanding customer experience today at AAA in North Reading!! I needed to renew my license and upgrade to a RealID and the entire process could not have been any smoother! A grateful shout-out to Kevin and Amanda who got me in and out so efficiently so that I could get back to my office as soon as possible.
