Three visits, all failures. AAA member and recommended installer on TireRack 1) Road force balance 2 tires. They told me a wheel was bent, and the other wheel had a broken centering ring. After inspection later both false claims. Charged me $66 for balancing they did not do. 2) Returned a week later with a straight new wheel and ring, paid again. Car still shakes at 70 MPH. I had my truck towed to this shop in an emergency road side incident. My husband and I were traveling from Tennessee for the holidays and broke down in Pennsylvania. We dropped the truck off the night before Thanksgiving and had diagnostics run on it that Friday. The team of technicians couldn't find anything wrong. I picked it up Saturday and drove it for 45 minutes where I broke down again and had to get another tow to another shop. I spent $100 for no diagnosis and to be stranded yet again. Very upsetting. They Told me I needed new bearings for the rear of my car trying to charge me 1,000 alone for labor. Which was odd because I got them done recently. So I took it to two other mechanics to double check on what they said. And these guys pretty much lied to me on getting work done that wasn’t needed whatsoever. Don’t go here they’re just going to lie and say you need random work done just to get extra money it’s ridiculous. Whoever was the mechanic that suggested this needs to be fired.

Mis diagnosed my truck & had me pay over 1000 dollars , just to have to get the same problem fixed !!!!
