I was worried after scheduling my appointment and then coming on here to read these horrible reviews, but I'm glad they didn't stop me. I went in and spoke with Joshua. He initially told me the oil change may take up to 2 hours, which put me off a bit, but I agreed to that time frame and sat down with my daughter, who was prepared with a book and I had some work to do myself. Would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car in to have the AC diagnosed. The store manager Dan told me I needed a new cabin filter and that my Freon level was low. I told him that I’d had my cabin filter changed just the week prior. He came back later and said he looked at the cabin filter again and it was fine but that it was installed improperly. We went in for an international driver's permit and it was such an easy process. The representative who helped was very nice.
I have a plus membership and my car broke down where even jumping it didn’t work so I called and was told a tow truck was coming but then waited 5 hours and nobody came, and I called back multiple times with no help after each time. I’m dissatisfied and was left stranded having to find a service of my own to tow my car.
