If I could negative stars I would. This place is a scam. I took my car there for an oil change first off the mechanic broke the hood of my car and was going to give it back to me without the hood being closed because he knew he broke it and it wouldn’t close, I confronted them and they made it like it was my fault which is hysterical because it was fine before they touched it, then they gave me a diagnostic report which was complete bs. 4 hours to install tires and an oil change after being told it would be 90 minutes.
Three visits, all failures. AAA member and recommended installer on TireRack 1) Road force balance 2 tires. They told me a wheel was bent, and the other wheel had a broken centering ring. After inspection later both false claims. Charged me $66 for balancing they did not do. 2) Returned a week later with a straight new wheel and ring, paid again. Car still shakes at 70 MPH. We brought our car to be diagnosed for check engine light. The technicians came up with purge valve needed to be replaced. We get the purge replaced by this service place. Two days later the light goes back on. We bring back . They can’t figure out. Tell us to fill tank with gas even though it was 3/4 of tank full and to drive for a few days .
