Came here to get Indonesian Rupiahs for my trip. They gave me Indian Rupees. I didn't realize it until I got to Labuan Bajo and went to pay my cab driver and didn't even have the right currency and he couldn't take card. So the cab driver took me to a cash exchange place to get the right currency and I got scammed and they took almost half of my money. What a headache. I take partial blame for not putting two and two together when I looked at the currency before I left, but I also trusted them to give me the right currency.
Yesterday my motorcycle charging system failed in Dayton. Called AAA. Devon, a new driver, and his supervisor arrived promptly. Wish I recalled her name, as she was remarkably proficient in picking up and securing motorcycles. Don't try to call this location. No one answers the phone. I have tried for several days and different times. I have been on hold everytime. Everytime the messages says I am number one in cue and someone will be with me shortly. I am thinking of cancelling my AAA. How do I get someone to answer the phone? I just have a simple question. Good thing I don't need emergency help.
One of their third party mechanics cross threaded 3 bolts when putting my spare on causing them to break when tire was put back on and required new hub. AAA refused to pay for the damage and denied everything. If you do use their roadside assistance stand right over the technician to make sure they don't damage your car because AAA won't pay for the damage they caused.
