Got us in on a Saturday with less than 20 minutes until close. Replaced a flat tire with no gripes how close it was to closing time. Stellar customer service. Tire Discounters wouldn’t even consider it.
A routine oil change yesterday, turned into a blown engine this morning. There was never a new oil filter put on after the oil had been changed. There is/has been no urgency to fix the problem that they themselves have created. Now, due to the recklessness, failure, and stupidity of management and the service techs at this establishment, my family is now out of a vehicle and out of a way to support our son.
Always honest about wait times and services needed. After several bad experiences elsewhere in the area they were recommended to me and I will never go elsewhere again. Great service!
I heard a strange sound coming from the front end of my car. My car seemed to be 'grabbing' when I pressed my brakes. Soooo, I called and asked if they could get me in after work. They did! 2 tires and 4 brakes later, they got me taken care of before they closed at 7! Thanks!
Took my car in after sliding into a curb on a snowy night. I needed a new rim and front passenger tire. It was quick and not too costly of a repair. They took great care of me and didn’t take advantage of me being a young college student who clearly didn’t know much about cars.
They were very friendly cost of tires & wipers are kinda high though.
Went in on a Thursday morning needed air in tire to my surprise there was a piece of metal in tire they recommended I replace it I did one new tire after I drove home I realized that it felt like a new car 😜 So Friday I went back and got the rest all new tires for this girl ♥️ Thank you to everyone!!!i feel much safer now God Bless
Couldn't ask for better service. Needed two tires. Everyone from the front people to the mechanics were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. They had me in and out in less time than it took me to walk next door and eat lunch.
