I am very sad and hopeless, i came at the dmv section two times. And there’s a lady with blonde curly hair,her name is. LEINGH she is very very rude. She needs to stay home. Because we paying and we have membership, so whole my family kinda upset of this lady. I dont know what is wrong with her. No hi no bye no smile. Zero customer service. I wish i could give ZERO star.
Great place to do dmv needs. no lines,knowledgeable employees,quick service,big parking lot,and friendly and helpful atmosphere.
I’ve always gone to a different branch in the East Bay, but this one is much closer to home — and quite frankly, it’s a hidden gem! I was greeted right away even though it was fairly busy inside. I was added to the queue and called up just seconds later. I expected to wait, but my associate, Tatiana, was enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly kind.
