I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF AAA FOR YEARS NOW WHEN I MOVED TO TAMPA, I SIGNED UP FOR LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES WITH HARRY GONZALEZ WHERE I RECEIVE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WITH HIM. HE’S ALWAYS THERE TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUES, HE TAKES HIS TIME AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR LIFE INSURANCE NEEDS AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
I have a huge complaint about AAA insurance in general, but more specifically about AAA Carolinas. For the past two years, I have insured both my car and my home with AAA as a bundle. The major complaint that I have is that they are a great company when you initially sign up for insurance, but when you try to cancel you can't get through.
