I scheduled my appointment online for 2 days ahead, received my confirmation the next day. They checked my truck in, and we went over what the truck needed done. They listed what the mechanic would do, and how long. They finished on time, and only did the needed repairs. Satisfied with their work, and service.
100% satisfied. My vehicle was not starting. When I picked up my vehicle, it was starting. In this particular case, the repair charge was half of what my dealership quoted me and my repair warranty is for the same one year length of time. AAA Car Care - New Hope also pointed out a flush that even my dealership agreed needed to be done (and my dealership was happy to complete the flush).
Stay away from this shop! I went in for an inspection and oil change and the tech said my oil pan and transmission pan were badly damaged. I paid to have the transmission fluid and pan changed. A day after returning home, I checked the fluid levels: the oil was a quart overfilled, and the transmission almost a quart under-filled.
