Clean efficient pleasant service !
AAA Northeast is rip off. Charged for membership renewal, which I canceled about a month ago by completing their online form. Also, I called multiple times for the status on the refund and was told I should see the refund in a couple of days. As of today this never happened.
I got my license updated and they have phone charges there
The staff at this establishment are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist people. While following the corporate mandate to sell and upgrade products, they are not overly pushy in the endeavor.
