Happy JOJO Went to renew ny drivers license and my daughter's non drivers ID. Had no appointment. They took us without a problem. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to help. The whole experience was exceptional. I will never go to the DMV again.
Went to this office without an appointment. I was told I need an appointment for DMV service. My mistake. I scheduled an appointment for a week later. Upon sitting down with the service representative I was told I actually needed to make 3 appointments because she was only capable of completing one task per appointment. AAA offers DMV services with the same DMV efficiency now. After 20+ years of membership, I’m done.
