I tried to get a quote from Ryan Johnston of AAA Home & Auto Insurance for my mother's condo contents. He didn't return calls, made me wait for weeks to connect. Then when he did finally communicate, he didn't recall any of our previous conversations and refused to even give me an estimate. Do not use Ryan Johnston unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.

At first I was very pleased with Ryan Johnson in regards to auto insurance, however, once I discovered he lied to me, I was so disappointed, because it takes a lot for me to trust someone in this industry, or any industry for that matter. He is amazing and makes you feel as though he is creating you the best deal, but when you have a non-straightforward circumstance, he either didn’t understand and pretended to, or blatantly lied. I would not recommend him for that reason. He also became defensive and refused to follow up.
