Had a scheduled pickup time and no one showed and no one contacted me. I called them about 4 times before someone finally answered. Explanation was, “she called you twice on Saturday and she left you a message. “ I checked my phone and there was no msg. So I inquired about contents of msg and the employee just said give me five minutes and I will see if I can get you scheduled. After about 20 minutes I called him back and cancelled the service.
