Lost my business,they never called me back plus no one would answer the phone
Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Poor communication and planning. I called Darren to set up the move. He told me to text the addresses to him. I also sent pictures of my stuff. I find out the night before the move that I was texting the "wrong" number. So I sent the addresses and pictures to the "new" number. The movers were professional, helpful, and efficient. My belongings got from my old place to my new place (roughly 30 miles away) without any problems. They were up front and clear about the costs, the start and stop times, and how payment would work. If the movers had any concerns or questions, they made sure to ask me if I had any preferences, and offered suggestions to help me make my decision. I highly recommend them. I just got moved from my apartment yesterday these guys are amazing professionals and they have low prices!! The company was kind courteous and super helpful if you need to move anything I highly recommend this company for your service!!!!
