We have our homeowners and auto insurance through this agency. Their service has basically disappeared. We used to have this great agent named Francine, then suddenly learned she retired, and no one new was ever assigned as our dedicated agent. I keep calling to add service, and have to call the main line, and no one ever picks up. Currently shopping around to other insurance agencies who will actually have an agent that can help us maintain our policies and critically help us if there ever is a claim. Went in there to ask advice on getting some papers notarized. They were so helpful! I was blown away by the people that work there! They were above and beyond super nice and explained things thoroughly. I had just renewed my triple AAA membership a few weeks before stopping in. I'm so glad I renewed! Totally worth every penny!
