Just because you inform someone that a tow truck hasn't been located yet every half hour doesn't mean your provide good communications and good service. The communication of bad service doesn't mask the fact that the service was horrible plus you can't use your membership on day 1. Pathetic.
AAA CAR INS jacked my car ins 2 weeks before rewal. Only 2 pages w it. Little explanation. When i left was paid in full n they charged me $8. CAR CARE they charged ne $100 for new battery. Turned out to be loose connection. BIG GRIPE. No notice when theyd take the money out or even paid verification . unless they didnt get paid no word. One year they tried taking it n it wasn't there got notice. Im writing thus review especially after last year. They took $170 out of me . no notice. No email. No new card. No nothing. Car insurance they jacked my bill $200 just 2 weeks before the bill due. N only 2 pages. Not giving me much time AAA car care. They never gave me notice ahead when they’re goin to take it out n once hit final notice when they didn’t get paid. Never got a first. Last year they took $170 out. No text . No notice. Nothing .
