Absolutely 5 star review for these guys. So lovely on the phone. Friendly service and went over and above to help me out. Really impressed. Rare to get service of this quality these days.
Mainly scooter dealer but also currently new nearest BSA service dealer to Kirkcaldy. BSA gold star 23 for service and full harness under warranty. Took forever to get bits (BSA problem)and job had issue post completion. However could not have been more pleasant, kept bike while waiting for parts and even offered to deliver bike (60 miles FOC) because of issue.
Staff was truly amazing when I was in buying my first ever bike, they gave amazing customer service and was really helpful when helping decide on my bike. However, I have had non stop problems with my bike and when trying to contact them I'm not getting any response, my bike is my main source of transport and I haven't been able to use it for the past 2 weeks as I haven't got any response at all, I have phoned and phoned and emailed what seems like every day and I'm still stuck with no help. Apart from that they are amazing.
