Botched a $3900 water pump job. Took the car back to get a new water pump. Picked the car up with a broken catalytic converter which they never mentioned on the diagnostic test. It costs $6,000. They claim it was all a coincidence. Technicians, staff, Managers, Regional Manager Jacob are all rude, incompetent and 'up-sell you' on everything they can. Steer-clear.
Do NOT have any auto services done here--they are scammers! Several fishy incidents have added up and after years of going there, I'll never go back. This time, I was told I definitely needed an alignment and that I had never done one there before when I had done one 2 years ago at that location. And looking back, I don't think I ever needed it and was just scammed because the car was hardly driven! Where do I start? I have serviced my company cars here consistently over the past few years with Leaseplan. This past service I had a new service advisor (Jane Nixon) who from the very beginning was very rude and made me feel like an inconvenience because it was a fleet car. I dropped my vehicle off at 12pm 6/12 with no appointment and didn’t expect it to be done right away.
