Called them just now regarding furnace and vent. Cleaning explained to them that I needed eight vents cleaned and they give me a price of 199 and right when I said I was gonna call back. They ended the line on me. Very rude customer service.
I have been with this company for 4 years using their services. The cleaning equipment they use is excellent and the carpet dries in 7-8 hours. The staff are very friendly and pets friendly too. I am thankful for this kind of cleaning service . Since I started using them, I am not trying any other carpet cleaning. This company is very sufficient and their prices are very competitive .
