Tracy Rossing helped us plan a Rail Bookers train trip from Toronto to Vancouver with time in each city before or after the train. She helped with the plane and train tickets, assistance in the airports, hotel accommodations, and side trips in Toronto and Vancouver. Tracy did a fabulous job for us! I'm so happy there is a physical AAA location so nearby. The new location is bright and welcoming and everyone is very friendly. I just booked a once-in-a-lifetime train adventure going from St Paul to Seattle, Vancouver, and Toronto and couldn't be happier with the service. Tracy R. had good advice, great connections with other agencies, and was very patient when I had detailed questions or was nervous about committing to the trip. Her response time was great and she really knows her stuff.
