I was happy with AAA storage until July 2024 when the roof collapsed on a section of the building in Lowell. I did not find out about the collapse until August when I was sent a late notice for a unit that was not mine. In all I had to contact THEM to be told my belongings had been moved and I was responsible for cleaning them and going through the unit. Been using AAA Mini Storage for several months now, it’s a very accessible, climate controlled, clean, well lit storage facility. Prices are fair for the unit sizes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for extra storage space!
